Well my leg just ain’t working very well anymore so we’ve decided that it’s finally time to move my bedroom downstairs. So all you kids that have enjoyed that playroom…sorry! It’s not a full move (yet) because the thought of mom and dad sleeping downstairs away from the kids is pretty terrifying for India and Jones. So for now the hope is that I will only have to go up those stairs once a night to tuck my kids in and go to bed myself. Eventually the hope will be to fully move to the main floor, but for now it’ll come in transitions.
We are also giving each of the kids their own “special” rooms as they have been sharing for their entire lives.

Ryan – I felt really bad yesterday all day long, but have had a really good day today with your reply to my comment ending my day with whipped cream & maraschino cherry on top of what is my mental banana split (since being diabetic, I have to stay away from carbs & most of all sugar). But, hey – mental is good, too! Sometimes the best!
I haven't told you this, yet, but I – like you – have a brand new "permanent" problem in my (diabetic) life (of 42 1/2 years). Yep. Three ulcers and gastroparesis (the permanent part). Big word meaning that the nerves in my stomach no longer work, so that food no longer moves through my stomach as it should to digest properly causing – sometimes, like all day yesterday – terrible nausea, pains in my stomach and horrid heartburn in my esophagus (I've long had esophogeal reflux from being diabetic). Aren't physical bodies just so much fun to live with some days? I mean – I'll be SO happy to one day have an incorruptible body, as Paul tells us we shall have in 1 Cor. 15. But, I'm trying really hard, as I know you are, to prolong that day as long as possible so I can finish up some things here I have so much stake in. You know.
I hope your move downstairs goes well. It will. Just love on your kids all you can for as long as you can and they will grow fine. My husband lost his barely 33 year old daughter, Kim, in Sept. 2002 to an aortic aneurysm within 20 minutes, leaving 4 1/2 year old Hayley with her daddy alone. Hayley is now 14 and just spent several days with us. She was scared to death for years to sleep by herself, but her daddy always kept watch over her and now she has grown out of her fears and is a beautiful girl growing into a beautiful young woman. God has watched over her and kept her in His care.
That is not what I started out to talk about here tonight, but rest assured that God will indeed (Romans 8:28) work out everything FOR GOOD for you and your family. However long you live here on this earth. And, I'm praying it's a long time. That's why I threw in the (rather tacky, but free) grammar lesson. I figured you'd need to know the rule for a long future ahead, which is "either/or" or "neither/nor". So, I expect you to remember that!! ha!
